The Southeast Texas Venture Mentoring Service (VMS) program is a collaboration between the University of Texas System Office of Talent and Innovation and UTMB, MD Anderson, and UTHealth Houston to create a world-class business mentoring network. This program provides access to team-based mentoring to support the advancement of innovative technologies through real-world guidance and connectivity, conducted in a confidential and conflict-free manner.
Our goal is to work with inventors/entrepreneurs to create and sustain healthcare ventures for the real world. As part of the program, mentees will receive guidance from a team of experienced professionals (i.e. venture capitalists, IP attorneys, CEOs, CIOs, and entrepreneurs) and the ability to gain the confidence necessary to take the risks required for your business.
For Entrepreneurs:
